Dear Scouts, Venturers, Scouters, and Friends in Santa Clara County Council,

This year we celebrate our 100-year anniversary of Scouting in the United States. One of the highlights of this celebration is the Northern California Jamboree (affectionately called “NorCal Jam”). Our Council will join hands with ten other councils in Northern California to create one of the biggest Scouting events ever in California. This event will be held at the Alameda County Fairgrounds from April 15 through April 18, 2010. I hope every unit in our Council will sign up and participate in this historic event.

This local website is dedicated to participants from Santa Clara County Council, to serve the local needs, to update important information to units, and to provide a channel of communication between participants in our Subcamp and our experienced Subcamp Staff.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the NorCal Jam.
